Distilled by Masahiro Shuzo, one of the oldest and largest distillery in Okinawa, Japan. Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 31years distilled from 100% Indica rice, and mashing with “black Koji”, an unique koji that could only be found in Okinawa. Aged in selected Sherry, Bourbon, and White Oak Casks for more than 30 years before finishing in first-filled Oloroso casks for 1 year to build more complexity on the texture. Limited offer, only 999 bottles globally. Non chill filtered and non-colored.
