Under the subtropical climate of Okinawa, Japan's southernmost region, we have aged this whisky for over 5 years in virgin casks made of white oak. It has received numerous international awards and is known for its woody aroma and dark fruity flavors. The body is smooth and mellow, enveloped in a sweet aroma.
TASTING NOTE
NoseSweet scent of caramel, vanilla, and hints of licorice. Oak barrels bring in woody and spices notes.
PalateLovely caramel with fresh vanilla notes. Slight tannins from oak barrels gives an attractive texture.
FinishSmooth, mellow and sweet aftertaste, with a touch of pepper, oak and spices.
